SASO Water Efficiency Label
A certification enabling Importers & Manufacturers in obtaining water efficiency label and certificate for water-consumption conservation products, which is a prerequisite for Product Certificate of Conformity for smooth entry to Saudi Arabian ports (Sea, Air & Road).

Certification Process:
- Importer registration & activation.
- Product registration & submission of mandatory documents.
- Payment of SASO application fees (1 st invoice).
- Technical review of application by GCA.
- SASO final approval.
- Payment of model/s fees (2 nd invoice).
- Download of certificate & label by applicant.
Requirements:
- Factory valid QMS or ISO 9001 certificate.
- Marking: a clear high resolution photo for each model includes at minimum the below
- Marking on product: Brand name (optional).
- Marking on packaging: includes (Brand name, model number and country of origin).
- Test report from SASO registered laboratory.
- Importer & Manufacturer declarations of conformity.
- Product Identity Declaration (if Applicable).
